The light that is shown in the video on this sight is not actually the Paulding Light. Sorry to burst your bubbles or even the director's bubble but that's not it.
I have yet to see the movie but I'll probably check it out just to see what it's like.
The light actually moves tword you and doesn't flicker like a flame. Hell I don't even think it's blue. Although they did get some great shots of car headlights I'm not exactly sure what they were fimling there. I'm thinking it's probably some sort of CG added later.
