we're driving up there from milwaukee in a couple of weekends. i think we're going to have to walk as far as we can towards it. and perhaps conduct the headlights on 45 test and try to get reception on cell phones to see if thats what it is. i really hope that we can't explain it, but it'd be fun to figure out for ourselves.
we'll see what happens. (oh and as for the whole people see things because they are on drugs or drinking or what have you, none of us are going to do anything, so we can actually see what's going on)
and i think i'm going to have to bring a videocamera just to see what happens with the charge since i've read various stories of weird things happening. and a camera to see if it shows up either way.
