I would rather call the client stupid than belittle and attack my own team members (common TAPS practice). Oh yeah Jason is a total professional TAPS in general is a joke, have you ever seen the equiptment of an actual professional team?? Also you all seem to have trouble explaining why you must be in a absolute static postion to view the lights and that the rare instance a car turns on its brights seems to create a different effect than the "normal headlights"...yeah people dont normally turn on their brights so big surprise most of the time people just see a dull light and on rare occasions throughout the night someone flips on their brights and whala! The enigmatic paulding light!!!

Wow dude you are really dense. You really need to let go of your lack of confidence by feeling that you have to prove to people you are right when all it does is make you look ignorant. Read my lips. You can see car lights. The light is not car lights. You saw car lights then that is what you saw, T H A T I S N O T T H E P A U L D I N G L I G H T!!!!!!!!!!. YOU DID NOT SEE THE REAL LIGHT, omg i should not have to say this again. Were you dropped on your head as a child or something,? Let me make this easy for you to understand. The opening on the hill which is quite far away is very large. It is the same size as the opening by the viewing area. When the Paulding Light shows itself at times it is bigger than that area between the trees. I dont care what kind of light you have either on the road behind or on top of the hill. It would have to be enormous in size because light gets smaller as you move away from the source. I looked on youtube and found this clip.
This is close to what happened to me in the past but mine was much more intense. Is this what you saw when you were there? hell no or you would not be talking about car lights anymore, go back and see it and until you do i am done with you. Oh and when i saw it there were no others at the viewing area. It was 11pm and i sat and watched the car lights for half an hour before I saw the real light. Do you really think someone was sitting out there waiting for someone to come and then sat there another half hour, brought out some energy hogging gigantic light just to fool 3 people who live 5 hours away.
Here is one of the posts on this board that should make you think twice. Hopefully what i have said and what you read will make you think twice about going back again. I just realized that it was a post by openminded who i think has posted on this thread. Thanks for the post om. Here it is
I do have a personal experience to share on the light. My family (wife, daughter, and myself) were camping in the area and picked up one of the souvenir maps of the area. Not much to do around there so the "mystery light" location on the map was intriguing enough to warrant a drive. I had never heard of the light before and had no idea what to expect as there was no information on our literature. We found the sign marking the area and were all alone. We parked and waited all alone sitting in the car. About the time we were thinking of leaving we saw a small white light and then a red light off to the side. They seemed to move around but it seriously looked like headlights and taillights cresting a hill as many have said on here. I was feeling like I was conned and trying to figure out what angle the locals had for calling this a mystery when it was car lights. Didn’t seem like a good way to make money or anything as I would never bother visiting this lame thing again and definitely would not recommend it to friends. Well that all changed shortly when the white light started to intensify and grow. No car on this planet could make a light that big and bright even if it was rigged and aiming at an optimal angle to us. Well that was just the start as the red and blue lights started to dance around in patterns that could not be confused with anything to do with a car. I am familiar with Auto kinesis and it does not come into play here because there are reference points on either side created by the tree lines. It was all very cool until the light suddenly seemed to explode towards us. The only way I can describe it is if you took every camera in the world and took a flash photo at the same time. Everything around us (trees, grass, inside and outside of the car as well as our bodies) was lit up so brilliantly white in a split second. The light just grew instantly large enough that it was all we could see in our entire field of vision and it seemed to pass right through us (i know that sounds weird). I know that a light getting brighter will seem like it is moving toward you but this seemed different than that. It actually seemed to be charging at us. It seemed to flash right through our car and bodies and give us a strange feeling. I have never seen anything close to before. After the flash it was completely gone. Well my daughter was frantic and scared as hell begging to get away (she was 15 at the time) so I had no choice but to leave at that point. My wife acted like nothing happened to her at all which I thought was strange. Come to find out when I tried to get them to go back with me the next night that she admitted what she saw and was terrified to go back. My wife is an Attorney and has never been afraid of anything but there was no way they would go back with me the next night. Here is what i find so strange about it. This light was way brighter than glancing at the sun and yet we had no problems with our eyes after. I would have expected to have blurred vision or spots left behind but there was nothing. Don't ask me why but this happened 3 years ago and i have not been back but I think about it way too often. It affected me that much. All i can say is if this is something man made it is one hell of a project. Maybe there is a relative of Tesla that lives up there, lol. Anyway, I have absolutely nothing to gain by sharing this so hopefully some of you skeptics will take note. You do have to see it to believe it but if you think you are seeing car lights then you haven’t seen the Paulding light yet.

are you f**king dense?? if your so sure of yourself go f**king walk out to the scary light and see how well you can see it. The amazing super scary light you talk about will once again mysteriously dissapear but i'm sure because the "aliens" saw you coming...right? How convient. Have you even pretended to offer an explination for why the optical illsusion of cars turning ont their BRIGHTS that you keep seeing has nothing to do with a actual light hovering above the words? How many stories have you read about the light moving up into the sky and taking off? How many stories have you read about the light flying over the tree tops and out of view? How many stories have you read about the light exploding or slamming into the ground? How many stories have you read about entities exiting the light? NONE f**kING NONE.. NOT f**kING ONE. And your still trying to convince me this is not a optical illusion and have the gall to call ME DENSE!??! It must hurt to go through life being that ignorant, but i'm sure it makes you feel special and powerful that you can lie to your friends telling them you saw something supernatural. God i cant imagine you at a fireworks show must scare the hell out of your gullible young mind.
You are not worth my time. I honestly hope you get a chance to see The Paulding light someday. I will not be back to this forum for 1 month as i am going out of the country on business. I encourage anyone coming on this board to refrain from arguing with him on this because if you read the posts you can clearly see he is never going to understand until the day comes he actually sees what we are talking about. Thank You.
I'm getting too emotional into this topic anyhow and losing my demeanor. I just really was expecting alot more than a casino tourist attraction for the time and effort put into this wasted weekend. Either way i'm going to bow out now as i shouldnt be swearing when discussing this open topic, and a apologize for not respecting your differing opinions.

yea probably not. there is no one that is going to sit in there car for 8-10 hours a day 365 days a year to scare a bunch of people. it's even been proven to be some form of entity on Ripley's and unsolved mysteries. i was up at the light last year and can prove that this ghostly figure is real. not only that but there was a detective up there filming it the same night we were there. Paulding light is real, i don't care what anyone says and to this day i still go up there a couple times during the year and in fact i plan on going next weekend! besides that when we were taking pictures the light never showed up not even with the flash on. so what does that tel you? you tell me.

It's not fake! One rainy stormy night My friends and I decided to go and venture 30 miles to see the paulding light! We pulled up and we couldn't see it at first. It was raining so hard. So three of my guy friends got out of the other car and walked up to the guard rail. My two friends and I sat in the car so we wouldn't get wet. Soon after my friends walked to the guard rail it started to appear. It grew closer and closer getting bigger and bigger. I seriously got out of the car and looked down the hill and it was about half way at this point. Right over the creek! My friend Randy was talking about indian rituals and chanting some weird ass stuff. I saw it was getting closer so got back in the car. There was 8 of us out there that night. AS soon as I got back in the car my friend Travis started running back to the car. The light was soo bright it lit up the whole car! I was freaked out and then it got small and chased my friend Randy we locked the doors and it went right past us! It seriously looked like Tinker bell as it flew past the car and went after travis and randy! They couldnt get in the car and they were freaked out as well! We all saw the same thing. and to this day we talk about it all the time! It was raining so badly we could barely see where we were driving that night! And I swear to you on my life that I saw the actual paulding light! And When the weather is horrible and you piss it off it will come after you! If you don't believe me go on a rainy night! It's freaky and u have to whistle cuz it helps I guess! It's not headlights you can tell which lights are headlights and what is the paulding light! I have been there plenty of times and there is some strange things up there. oh yeah and in order to say anything about the light you have to at least go there more than once or twice!!
Wow. I did not know a light chased anyone. Thanks for the info. I would rather go on a dry night then a raining night. Keep the stories coming. Anyone up for a road trip with me to see the Paulding Light?
